Pb lié au stress et phobie obsessionnelle qui me gache la vie , aidez moi je vous en prie !!!!? Voila j'ai le problême suivant depuis que 6-7 ans déjà .. J'ai une phobie d'aller "déféquer" en dehors de chez moi ..j'en deviens malade , j'organise mes journées en fonction de ça , c'est horrible ..je passe parfois des heures le matin ( parfois 1h-2h) pour essayer d'y aller et si je n'y arrive pas , j'attend de pouvoir y aller pour aller en cours (j'ai 18 ans) donc je râte beaucoup de cours en fait ...
Le stress hors de chez moi (même moindre petit stress) me donne une super envie d'y aller imminente ! Je dois souvent prendre des Immodium et un anxyolitique pour que ca aille mieux sinon c'est ingérable ..le fais d'y penser + le stress / angoisse lié aussi a ma phobie de ne pouvoir y aller que chez moi m'entraine une envie d'aller au toilette et parfois diarrhée...
Je ne peut y aller que chez moi pour la bonne et simple raison que pour moi le fait de ne pas alle se laver aprés être aller "faire Hamham" me révulse ..je trouve cela tout simplement dégeulasse .. AIDEZ MOI !!
je n'ai jamais vécu ça mais a priori ton probleme put se résoudre, il existe des lingettes nettoyantes, mets en dans ton sac et tu ten sers aprés avoir fait ce que tu avais a faire tu te sentiras propre et beaucoup mieux, moin stréssé
