Comment Soigner l'agoraphobie? Bonjour, mon beau frère est agoraphobe , depuis six ans, il a tout essayé , et toute le famille est désespérée de ne rien pouvoir faire pour l'aider.Ma petite soeur s'accroche , par amour mais c'est très difficile de vivre dans ces conditions .Elle est condamnée à rester dans sa ville , ne jamais partir avec lui en vacances, de faire tout, toute seule.Je souhaiterai les aider et trouver un moyen radicale pour les sauver de cette situation infernale.
Je pense qu'une thérapie serait la bienvenue dans le cas de ton beau-frère. Il a besoin de l'aide d'un psychothérapeute ou bien mieux d'un Psychologue. L'agoraphobie est vraiment très handicapante au quotidien car elle provoque des angoisses. C'est très difficile également pour l'entourage qui en souffre; ce qui est le cas pour ta petite soeur, car elle a du coup toutes les responsabilités sur ses épaules. Vraiment, l'aide d'un professionnel comme le Psychologue est souvent indispensable; le processus de guérison de l'agoraphobie peut être lent et éprouvant, la personne a besoin d'être entourée et de se sentir en confiance.
L'Hypnose peut être une solution, mais c'est non prouvé.
