Phobie de l eau qui pourra me renseigner? j ai peur de l eau J ai appris qu il existe des stages pour des personnes comme moi qui aimeraient apprendre a nager mais on une très grosse peur de l eau J aimerai savoir ou m adresser?
Oui, il existe maintenant des stages pour les personnes qui ont une grande appréhension de l'eau, voir une phobie. L'essentiel, avant d'apprendre à nager, va être de trouver, et chacun à son rythme, le plaisir d'être dans l'eau, par des jeux, la respiration, des chants sous l'eau en commun, de la relaxation dans l'eau : un vrai bonheur.

Si tu as vraiment peur de l'eau, je te conseille tout d'abord les cours de yoga aquatique avant l'aqua-nage.
